Auberge on the Cove

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Looks right over Perkins Cove. The walking bridge to get into the cove with all the shops was great also. We went right before the busy season started and I would highly recommend this place. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room size was perfect and not too small for two people. Shower was huge and had great pressure. We stayed ground level so we could walk right out the door to the chairs below. We will definitely be going back.

This is a true New England gem and a very unique property for weary travelers to unplug and reconnect with nature in Ogunquit, ME. Our room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. The back deck off the room was so peaceful and had such a healing quality. We were so relaxed our entire stay at the Auberge. Thank you Auberge on the Cove. We will be back soon!

Absolutely love this place! Close to all the things we like to do when we visit Ogunquit, yet serene in atmosphere! Easy walk to the Marginal Way, great restaurants, cruises, shops, and more! The beach is nearby, as well! Service is terrific---unobtrusive, with comfort and privacy the focus! Recommend highly!

We stayed here after having driven by many times and commenting that we should book a room at this spot. The location is PRIME, the view of the cove is perfection and we loved being close enough to walk to restaurants and the Marginal Way (can’t recommend MC Perkins in the Cove more highly, the food was phenomenal). The room was beautiful. The balcony was a fantastic spot to sit and have a drink. The whole place was very clean and the shower was delightful, as well. We drove our 1960 f100 here and for the first time ever, it refused to start the day after we arrived. The manager, James, took pity on us after we asked about taxi services (there are none in the off season), and called someone in to cover the end of his shift so he could personally ferry us to the auto parts store in York. If that’s not 12/10 customer service, I don’t know what is. Thanks to James’ taxi service, we were able to get the truck started the next day. I will end this review with complete honesty and say that if you like firm beds, you will love the beds here. If you’re like me and like something a little softer, you might be a bit disappointed. STILL, overall, giving this place 5/5 stars!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. The shared balcony is only room accessible and has dividers between the rooms. The cove is quiet and is teeming with birds. The staff is superb and the rooms are super comfortable. Great for a romantic getaway or to bring the kids or a friend and decompress.

You can't beat the location or the views of Perkins Cove. The room was recently remodeled and very clean. Shout out to James in the Main office for his help. Absolutely will be back. Really enjoyed the close, but quiet location. Just walk across the footbridge and grab some food at one of the many options. Especially enjoyed the footbridge lobster.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay, the surrounding area is like being in hallmark movie. The service was spectacular as well the ladies keep the place very clean and organized. We will return

Beautiful place, very well situated. We didn't use our car for the whole stay, with the trolley having a stop right at the adjacent Marina. The rooms were clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there and available. We had a great time. The only thing dampening our stay a little bit was the price. But it's not just that place, everywhere else had exorbitant prices. Nowhere should people charge 500$ per night for a simple room.
